Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order

Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to the United States only, and can't deliver to PO boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Lymphatic Face & Neck Massager: ships from our US warehouse and usually arrives 3-7 business days after it ships.

Electric Scalp Massager: ships from our international fulfillment partner and usually arrives 7-14 business days after it ships.

If you order both, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and busy holiday periods.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll help.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost or stolen packages

If the carrier shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.
